DANI Dyer has opened up about her ‘horrendous’ pregnancy symptom.
Last month the Love Island star announced that she is expecting twins with boyfriend Jarrod Bowen.
Dani, 26, who is already mum to son Santiago, decided to have a catch up with her 3.6 million followers on Instagram.
Many were interested in how she’s been coping, and one asked about her toilet habits.
The telly star revealed that she’s been constipated, but is now on the mend.
Dani replied: “If you’re talking about the constipation then yes was horrendous at the beginning…
“But seems to be doing okay now hahaha..
“Honestly pregnancy does come with symptoms where you lose all dignity.”
Constipation during pregnancy is very common according to the NHS.
How does constipation affect pregnant women?
Constipation is common during pregnancy and for six weeks after giving birth, due to an increase in the hormone progesterone.
It’s usually not serious, but if you have severe constipation with abdominal pain or pass mucus or blood, see a doctor immediately.
Normal symptoms usually go away after a few weeks, but you may need to watch out for problems with your newborn.
Earlier this week Dani shared a new scan of her twin baby girls.
Dani captioned the post: “Our baby girls. @jarrodbowen.”
Earlier this month the mum-to-be hinted that her fans will HATE her baby daughters’ name and she is “prepared” for backlash.
A number of her fans urged her to change the tot’s moniker after announcing it to her following on Instagram.
Taking to Instagram for a Q&A this week, Dani was quizzed about the names she had picked out.
When asked about the theme being unique or traditional, she said: “I think we have decided both the names.
“Jarrod always wanted one of the names so that was settled for twin one, however, twin two I was struggling.
“I always wanted a certain name but kept thinking would it work (it’s not the most common name) but I’m going to go for it.
“I think I’d really regret not choosing the name I always loved deep down.”
Explaining that some people may not approve, she added: “People really have negative opinions on baby names I had that a lot with Santi so I’m prepared for that again.”
Dani and Jarod went public with their relationship in October 2021.
She shares Santiago with her ex Sammy Kimmence.
