SHE took TV viewers on her journey to find a man in the Love Island villa and now Dani Dyer will open up to cameras again about being a young mum.
But there will be more to the reality TV star’s new Channel 4 show than just diapers and dummies.
Dani Dyer will open up to cameras again about being a young mum[/caption]Dani will bravely tell how the pressures and loneliness of being a new mother when she gave birth to her son Santiago in January 2021 caused her anxiety to spiral.
Currently pregnant with twins, the 26-year-old social media influencer will also share how she has struggled with the pressure of being seen as a “good mum”.
Speaking about the 60-minute episode, Dani says: “Anxiety is a topic that everyone’s heard about, but we still don’t openly talk about our experiences. It can affect anyone, but as a young mum, it can be overwhelming.
“I’m really excited to be working with E4 and Summer Films to explore this topic, remove the stigma associated with mental health and meet other mums who have struggled with the pressures of what a supposed ‘good mum’ looks like.”
Dani, who is the daughter of former EastEnders star Danny Dyer, put a shout-out on social media asking if any other people were struggling under the pressures and seen their anxiety rocket, like her.
Their conversations will all be explored in the film, Dani Dyer: Is This Anxiety?, when it airs in the coming weeks.
It’s the latest in a run of mental health pieces from E4, with Sam Thompson soon fronting a piece on ADHD.
After winning Love Island in 2018 with Jack Fincham, they split six months later and Dani went on to date Sammy Kimmence.
They had Santiago together but broke up when he was jailed for three and a half years for scamming two elderly men out of £34,000.
Dani is now dating West Ham winger Jarrod Bowen and she announced the pair were expecting twins together in January.
I hope she has an easy run with the newborns this time round.
