CELEBRITY Masterchef returned with a host of new stars taking to the kitchen, as the 2023 edition of the annual competition got underway.
Fans of the show took to social media to share their disapproval during tonight’s episode, with some complaining about the celebrity line-up– especially when the judges let through Mica Ven and Marcus Brigstocke to the semi-finals.
One viewer said: “No way! Totally rigged,” and another fumed: “I’m not sure why we are watching Celebrity Masterchef. We’re both sitting here chuntering and swearing at Greg.”
Meanwhile, Mica left John Torode and Gregg Wallace open mouthed as she served up a delicious plate of comfort food – with John exclaiming that Mica’s chicken wings were in his top ten, ever!
One of tonight’s guest judges and former winner McFly’s Danny Jones even dubbed Mica’s Mac & Cheese as the “best” – yum!
